- We do not except returns.
What is your refund policy?
- If you do not pick up your order on your scheduled pick-up day, we do not give a refund. The order will be frozen and available for pick up the next available business day only.
- If you are displeased with your order. Contact us immediately. We will find a fair solution.
What is your cancellation policy?
- There will be a refund for orders cancelled 3 days or earlier of scheduled pick-up/delivery for orders $100 or less
- There will be a refund for orders cancelled 7 days or earlier of scheduled pick-up/delivery for orders over $100-300
- There will be a refund for orders cancelled 10 days or earlier of scheduled pick-up/delivery for orders over $300 -500
- If an order is placed after the cancellation window. The order cannot be cancelled with a refund. If the order is in the process of being made there will be no refund.
- Catering Cancellation: Refer to Individual Contract.
- Ordering and scheduling for non-business days will be subject to automatic canceling
- Orders that do not meet the minimum required for ordering will be automatically cancelled
